Warranty Policy

Please read the following warranty guidelines and restrictions carefully Before you purchase:

This product is used within 365 days (from the date of purchase). In case of failure caused by non-human factors, our company will guarantee return or exchange. The following conditions are not covered by the warranty. Joymor liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective items.

To be eligible for warranty coverage, Manufacturers Require Evidence Of Warranty Defect – If you discover a product issue you will be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the issue.
the original purchaser of the item must present the defective item, together with the original receipt of purchase, to the dealer from which it was purchased. The dealer will then make arrangements with Joymor for repair or replacement of the defective item.

Joymor reserves the right to make changes to this warranty. The policies in place at the time of purchase will be honored.

Restrictions:

1. 365 days warranty applies only to original purchaser of products;

2. Damage caused by neglect or misuse of products is not covered;

3. Normal wear caused by normal use of items is not covered by this warranty;
